Originally one of the Lassen’s Hotel lounges and guest rooms, The Dining Room at Lassen’s Resort is where you are invited to celebrate community and culture. Food was an important element in the golden age of Cedar Lake’s resort era (1880s-1930s). In celebration of the Lassen’s legacy, we encourage you to discover, gather, reminisce, dine, and establish and cultivate meaningful connections in this space.
