Flavors of Fall

October 5 & 6, 2024 | 2-6 PM

Lassen’s Resort Chef Erik Hinds is offering 3 inspired soup flavors: Oktoberfest Smoked Cheddar Beer Brat, Potawatomi Butternut Squash, and Lassen’s Chicken Dumpling ($5 per serving); hot spiced apple cider ($2 per serving); and a new signature pumpkin pie popcorn flavor ($2 per serving).

Award Presentation: Representatives from Indiana Historical Society will be on-site on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 3:00 PM to present an Indiana History Outstanding Event / Project Award for our Culinary Anthropology program developed with Chef Hinds! Please plan to join us for this historic moment.

Great Pumpkin Pie Bake-Off: Bakers from across the region are invited to put pumpkin pie baking skills to the test. Bring your homemade pumpkin pie to the Museum at Lassen’s Resort on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM.  Our panel of judges will present special 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards at 3:30 PM. Pies will be judged on 3 criteria: 1) Crust 2) Filling 3) Overall presentation. Complete the pre-registration form online:
