    2. Participate in our Calumet Curators committee to help us plan a National Preservation Month 2027 program/project.  Email Julie or Madeleine to be added to the Calumet Curators news distribution list.
  • Think-Pair-Share group discussions – We didn’t make it all the way through these topics:
    1. Destination stewardship – Josiah Brown full presentation video
    2. Value of volunteer time – (for future conversation) The current estimated national value of each volunteer hour is $36.14. Why is this important? Read the report and let’s discuss how you track volunteer activity at your organization.
    3. Board retreats – (for future conversation) If your board isn’t working, a board retreat might be the best investment your nonprofit makes. Read the article and let’s discuss if/how your board schedules annual retreats.
