Educator Open House
Tuesday, September 24, 2024 | 3:30-6:00 pm
*rain or shine* The museum gallery will be open and our executive chef has prepared 3 delicious treats for you: Potawatomi-inspired maple dip, Flapper Girl popcorn, and Lassen’s Sparkling Lemonade. Sign-up for your steamboat ride and we’ll provide you with a voucher for a future ride when you check-in if there is inclement weather.
At Lassen’s Resort, our volunteers aren’t just passionate about history. Planting memories and providing experiences is our priority. Discover the group tour experiences offered at The Museum at Lassen’s Resort. Lake County educators (grades K-12) are invited to learn how Cedar Lake enriched a region and touched lives around the world. Join us for our Educator Open House from 3:30 to 6:00 pm for a museum walk-through. Sample our signature popcorn, Potawatomi sweet dip, and lemonade refreshments (while supplies last).
LIMITED CAPACITY BONUS: The first 100 teachers to pre-register will receive a complimentary steamboat ride. Choose from 5 time slots (3:30, 4, 4:30, 5, or 5:30 pm) and pre-register using a valid school email address to sign-up for this experience.
Note: We will only accept one registration per valid school email address. Substitute teachers are welcome to attend the open house and gallery walk-through. However, substitute teachers must be waitlisted for the desired boat by emailing [email protected]. Thank you for your cooperation.
