Review the draft Heart & Soul Statements that are going to form the core of our Community Action Plan this fall. Anyone who lives, works, or plays in Cedar Lake is welcome to attend this FREE event.
Admission is free but RSVP is required by Sunday, May 17th.

Legacy Foundation Announces Cedar Lake as Indiana’s First Heart & Soul Community
Cedar Lake Community Heart & Soul is a local initiative powered by residents of Cedar Lake, funded locally by a grant from the Legacy Foundation – Lake County’s Community Foundation. We are working together to strengthen Cedar Lake by actively engaging the entire population in identifying what we love most about the community, what future we want for it, and how to achieve it.

Cedar Lake Community Heart & Soul follows Community Heart & Soul, a four-phase, step-by-step process that brings residents together to identify and honor the unique character of their town and the emotional connection of the people who live there. The Cedar Lake project is being coordinated by Cedar Lake Historical Association’s The Museum at Lassen’s Resort in partnership with the Town of Cedar Lake.
